1. Main Office Area & Workspace Planning
We reconfigured the existing layout to optimise workflow and sound management between the customer desk and administrative staff. Modern office partitioning and high-performance suspended ceilings were installed to manage acoustics, complemented by updated energy-efficient LED panel lighting and re-routed data/power points.
2. Commercial-Grade Flooring Installation
To handle high footfall from both trade customers and staff, we installed a hybrid flooring system:
- Trade & Entrance Area: Fitted heavy-duty, slip-resistant commercial LVT designed to withstand heavy boots, moisture, and frequent foot traffic.
- Main Office Workspace: Installed commercial-grade, acoustic carpet tiles to reduce noise transfer and provide a comfortable, clean look.
3. Custom Trade Desk & Customer Counter
The centerpiece of the front-of-house transformation was a bespoke, heavy-duty trade desk.
- Built using impact-resistant laminates and reinforced edges to handle daily commercial use.
- Custom-fitted with concealed cable management ports, built-in till and monitor housing, and secure under-counter storage.
- Styled to match corporate branding, creating a polished, professional first impression for visiting trade clients.
